Antique 14k Gold Octagonal Pill Box/Trinket Box

This beautiful, antique octagonal pillbox is crafted of solid 14k gold and features an intricate, floral design on the lid.  The rest of the box is patterned on both the sides and bottom.  Sapphire cabachon on box stem.  Lid does securely latch.  Stamped 14 Karat.
