Payment

We accept PayPal. If you would like to pay by Visa, Master Card, Check and Bank Wire , please contact us before purchase - we will add those payment option by request.
If you send payment by check, we will ship the item after the check is cleared, it usually takes 5~10 business days.

*We can only accept PAYPAL payment from International buyers .


6% sales tax will be added to all Kentucky purchases.
*Payment is required within 3 days of purchase, if buyer needs extension of time for payment please contact us. Otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the transaction.


Shipping


We offer FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING. Items will be shipped via Insured First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail service or via UPS. Shipping upgrades are available for a fee.


Return Policy


We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Returns (except for gold&silver coins) are accepted in the original condition within 3 days from the day you receive the item for a refund.

*Please note that we cannot accept returns on item(s) that have been worn, re-sized, damaged, or Label has been removed.

Once we receive the returned item, our Jeweler will inspect it.As soon as it passes inspection as in the original condition, we will issue the refund.

If there is the problem with insuring for the purchase amount, please let us know. We can provide the pre-paid insured return label.

**Refund Amount - the purchase price minus actual shipping cost to buyer. (Some item may require a restocking fee, please see each listing for details.)

***For all the gold & silver coins, due to the market fluctuation of precious metals, we are unable to accept returns on those item unless the items are not as we described.
Please contact us immediately for any RETURN/REFUND (for a Return Authorization Code). Buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance fees associated with the return. Please be sure to include the item number along with your return request. Items received without an RA code might caused to delay of refund.


LAY-A-WAY TERMS

The terms of layaway on eligible items are:
1. We accept Money order or personal checks for layaway. All the payments should be paid off within 60 days and 3 payments in total to complete - the first payment is 1/3 of the purchase price; the second and the third payment are 1/3 of the purchase price of the item each. The first payment should be paid within 3 days of purchasing; the second payment should be paid within 30 days from the first payment; and the third payment should be paid within 30 days from the second payment.


2. Return policy - Return is accepted within 3 days in original condition for refund.
Refund - the purchase price minus the actual shipping cost, and a restocking fee (10%~30% depends on item ) of the purchase price. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance fees associated with the return.

3. Failure of complete the transaction or delay of the payment(s) - the first payment (1/3 of the purchase price) will not be refundable.
